Professional Certifications:

• One of the very few companies in Rochester that is a true Certified Firm of the  IICRC  - which is the  highest level of certification.  The IICRC stands for The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification.  This organization is the world-wide certifying body for the cleaning industry.  To achieve certification, one must attend regular classroom training taught by an IICRC certified instructor, and then prove subject mastery by passing IICRC written tests.  Only companies that employ certified technicians are eligible to apply for Certified Firm status.  We are in their data base under the "Locate a Professional" tab to the far right of the menu tab on their website, IICRC.org.

• Reet's Drying Academy Certification - Achieved through training at a five-day structural drying school for Water Damage Restoration Professionals. Course of classroom study on all aspects of structrual drying science, actual field training to dry out a fully-flooded dwelling, and passing written examinations.

• CRI - Carpet and Rug Institute  - You will find us listed under Seal of Approval Service Provider.  This professional designation is earned by meeting two standards: The first is to be an IICRC Certified Firm and second is documented use of approved cleaning equipment & cleaning methods tested by the CRI that are found to meet or exceed their rigorous standards of quality and effectiveness.
