RESIDENTIAL: In most cases Hot water extraction / steam cleaning will be the method of choice for carpet in the home.

There are those special instances where Low mosture cleaning can be offered as an alternative. Such instances would be for specialty rugs or as part of a maintenance program in between hot water extraction cleanings. 

COMMERICAL/OFFICE:  We suggest a blend of both methods depending on your type of carpet, amount of traffic, type of soiling concerns, and budget.  We will design a maintenance program custom to your needs.
